Giveaway Guidelines

First and most important, no purchase is necessary to enter ANY giveaway on this blog or website. Purchasing books is always appreciated, but it in no way increases your chances of winning.

  1. Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to enter, and you enter by commenting on posts or by entering the annual giveaway form. Giveaways are open to U.S residents, is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to our all of our lovely federal, state, local, and crazy internet laws.

  2. Agreement to Rules: By entering a giveaway in any way, form, manner, etc. you agree to the guidelines, confirm you meet the eligibility requirements, and agree that if you don't win, you'll be a good sport about it.

  3. Giveaway Period: Unless otherwise stated, the entry period of giveaways is one week (seven days). Once a giveaway closes, it closes, and no entries will be accepted.

  4. How to Enter: Comment on a blog post or complete the annual giveaway form.

  5. Prizes: Winners will receive a prize or prizes as stated on the blog. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. As a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Flathead County, Montana, having jurisdiction.
